P\u0159i t\u00e9to p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti se organizuj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 n\u00e1rodn\u00ed i mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed divadeln\u00ed akce \u2013 k nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm z nich pat\u0159\u00ed Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed poselstv\u00ed \u2013 z podn\u011btu Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho divadeln\u00edho institutu je ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b jeho autorem vybran\u00e1 sv\u011btov\u011b proslul\u00e1 divadeln\u00ed osobnost.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Poselstv\u00ed Bretta BAILEYHO k Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edmu dni divadla<\/strong><\/p>\n<pre style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>V ka\u017ed\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti lid\u00e9 tou\u017e\u00ed se vyjad\u0159ovat.<\/strong><\/pre>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pod stromy v mal\u00fdch vesni\u010dk\u00e1ch i na nejmodern\u011bj\u0161\u00edch jevi\u0161t\u00edch sv\u011btov\u00fdch metropol\u00ed, ve \u0161koln\u00edch dvoran\u00e1ch i v chr\u00e1mech, ve slumech, v komunitn\u00edch centrech, na m\u011bstsk\u00fdch tr\u017ei\u0161t\u00edch a ve sklepen\u00edch uprost\u0159ed velkom\u011bst se lid\u00e9 sch\u00e1zej\u00ed, aby komunikovali v pom\u00edjiv\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b divadla, ve sv\u011bt\u011b, kter\u00fd si vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00edme, abychom t\u011blem, dechem a hlasem vyj\u00e1d\u0159ili ve\u0161kerou lidskou slo\u017eitost, rozmanitost a zranitelnost.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sch\u00e1z\u00edme se, abychom plakali, vzpom\u00ednali, abychom p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161leli, abychom se u\u010dili, abychom n\u011bco prohla\u0161ovali a dali pr\u016fchod sv\u00e9 fantazii. Proto\u017ee se ten pocit zrodil ze spole\u010denstv\u00ed, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 masky a kost\u00fdmy na\u0161ich rozmanit\u00fdch tradic. Ten pocit si osedlal na\u0161e jazyky, na\u0161e rytmy a na\u0161e gesta a dok\u00e1\u017ee vytv\u00e1\u0159et v na\u0161em st\u0159edu jist\u00fd prostor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A my, um\u011blci, kte\u0159\u00ed pracujeme s t\u00edmto prastar\u00fdm um\u011bn\u00edm, mus\u00edme s jeho pomoc\u00ed zas\u00e1hnout lidsk\u00e1 srdce a ovlivnit na\u0161e my\u0161len\u00ed, mus\u00edme pou\u017e\u00edt i na\u0161e t\u011bla, abychom odhalili skute\u010dnost v cel\u00e9 jej\u00ed pozemskosti a t\u0159pytiv\u00e9 tajuplnosti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ov\u0161em v dob\u011b, kdy miliony lid\u00ed bojuj\u00ed o p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed, kdy miliony trp\u00ed pod nadvl\u00e1dou utla\u010dovatelsk\u00fdch re\u017eim\u016f a drav\u00e9ho kapitalismu, kdy miliony prchaj\u00ed p\u0159ed st\u0159ety, p\u0159ed utrpen\u00edm, v dob\u011b, kdy tajn\u00e9 slu\u017eby naru\u0161uj\u00ed na\u0161e soukrom\u00ed a v\u0161ep\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy cenzuruj\u00ed na\u0161e slova, v dob\u011b, kdy lesy jsou ni\u010deny a \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 druhy vyb\u00edjeny, kdy jsou oce\u00e1ny otr\u00e1veny, \u2013 co m\u00e1me odhalit?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ve sv\u011bt\u011b nerovn\u00e9 moci, kdy v\u0161elijak\u00e9 hegemonie se sna\u017e\u00ed n\u00e1s p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit, \u017ee jeden n\u00e1rod, jedna rasa, jedno pohlav\u00ed, jedna sexu\u00e1ln\u00ed preference, jedno n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed, jedna ideologie, jeden kulturn\u00ed r\u00e1mec je lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v\u0161echny ostatn\u00ed, m\u016f\u017eeme ospravedlnit po\u017eadavek, aby um\u011bn\u00ed nebylo spout\u00e1no spole\u010densk\u00fdmi po\u017eadavky?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e1me se my, um\u011blci pracuj\u00edc\u00ed v ar\u00e9n\u00e1ch a na jevi\u0161t\u00edch, pod\u0159\u00eddit sterilizuj\u00edc\u00edm po\u017eadavk\u016fm trhu nebo m\u00e1me pou\u017e\u00edt na\u0161i s\u00edlu a zajistit si m\u00edsto v srdc\u00edch a mysl\u00edch lid\u00ed, svol\u00e1vat lidi k sob\u011b, inspirovat je, okouzlovat, informovat je a vytvo\u0159it sv\u011bt nad\u011bje a otev\u0159en\u00e9, up\u0159\u00edmn\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ce?<\/p>\n<p>p\u0159elo\u017eila Dagmar Steinov\u00e1<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Brett Bailey<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">je jihoafrick\u00fd dramatik, v\u00fdtvarn\u00edk, re\u017eis\u00e9r, autor um\u011bleck\u00fdch instalac\u00ed a um\u011bleck\u00fd \u0159editel THIRD WORLD BUNFIGHT. Mezi jeho uzn\u00e1van\u00e1 ikonoklastick\u00e1 dramata, kter\u00e1 postihuj\u00ed dynamiku post-koloni\u00e1ln\u00edho sv\u011bta, pat\u0159\u00ed nap\u0159.:BIG DADA, IPI ZOMBI?, iMUMBO JUMBO, medEia and ORFEU, z jeho p\u0159edstaven\u00ed\/in\u00adstalace nap\u0159. EXHIBITs A &amp; B.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jeho pr\u00e1ce se uv\u00e1d\u011bly v Evrop\u011b ( zejm\u00e9na na v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch festivalech jako nap\u0159. Holland festival, Wiener Festwochen ad.), Austr\u00e1lii a Africe, a byly ocen\u011bny \u010detn\u00fdmi uzn\u00e1n\u00edmi, v\u010detn\u011b Zlat\u00e9 medaile za sc\u00e9nick\u00e9 n\u00e1vrhy na Pra\u017esk\u00e9m Quadriennale 2007. Byl p\u0159edsedou mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed poroty Pra\u017esk\u00e9ho Quadriennale 2011 a \u010dlenem poroty sout\u011b\u017ee \u201cMusic Theatre Now\u201d (Hudebn\u00ed divadlo dnes), po\u0159\u00e1dan\u00e9 Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm divadeln\u00edm \u00fastavem \u2013 ITI International Theatre Institute v b\u0159eznu 2013. Re\u017e\u00edroval zahajovac\u00ed ceremoni\u00e1l Sv\u011btov\u00e9 konference o um\u011bn\u00ed a kultu\u0159e v Johannesburgu (2009) a v letech 2006\u20132009 p\u0159ipravoval zahajovac\u00ed p\u0159edstaven\u00ed pro Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed festival um\u011bn\u00ed v Harare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V letech 2008\u20132011 byl kur\u00e1torem jedin\u00e9ho ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho um\u011bleck\u00e9ho festivalu v Ji\u017en\u00ed Africe \u201eInfecting the City\u201c, po\u0159\u00e1dan\u00e9ho v Kapsk\u00e9m M\u011bst\u011b.
